Bank Holiday Weekend, the Props I made

So this Bank Holiday weekend I decided to help Anna out by making a VAT tub a couple of barrels, the sink and fire hose. I was so impressed with the fire hose because I had such a good idea to use a shoe lace and cut the ends off and put wire through to hold it's shape. I can see why Anna loves modelling stuff so much because you get instantaneous results in front of you. So to make the sink and the tubs I made them out of cardboard and then used strips of mod rock and put the details on with air dry clay. They dried over night and then I took them into uni and gave them to anna to paint (although I added a couple of extra details on later on when I painted the door's and the back wall of the set and the clocking in machine in black just to make a couple of bits stand out), because we were a bit worried that because we both have such different modelling techniques they might look a bit too different. And one of the things brought up in the earlier crit is how we are going to make them look like they belong to the same world. Well this is how, by doing joints amount of work like this we have equal amounts to be proud of. This really is a joint project we are both working really hard on all aspects of it together.
